A little more to know.

What does packaged-weight pricing mean?

It means pricing based on the finished, packaged beef you receive. Hanging weight is measured earlier, before the carcass is trimmed and cut. Those are different weights. Our rates are $15 per packaged pound for a quarter, $13 for a half and $10 for a whole. Processing charges and any other fees will be confirmed before ordering.

Which cuts will I receive?

How much freezer space will I need?
