Every cow is DNA tested and raised without antibiotics, and our beef is USDA inspected. It’s part of our commitment to bringing the finest beef to your table.

Good animal husbandry is a daily commitment. Our cattle are never confined or raised in feedlots. They live on open pasture, with attentive care at every stage.
Beef your way
Choose a quarter, half or full cow, explore finishing options, and make your order your own. Custom cuts are available to suit your preferred thickness and portion size.
Fair by the pound
Our pricing is based on finished, packaged beef rather than hanging weight, so you pay only for the beef you receive.
